Wedding Cake No.4: "Haziyah & Zamri"

AAaaawwww....people who know me would know that I absolutly looove pink...so of course I have sort of a soft spot for this cake...

2 sets of Aussino towels were used...a pink set and a yellow set coz the theme of the Wedding's Yellow & Pink (donchya jus looove 'themes', narrows everything down!)... Aussino was having a little sale at that time so in this cake there are 2 sets of Sheet Towels, Baths Towels, Hand and Face towels...that's a lot actually..

Top of the cake....

Close up shots... this cake was specially ordered by the Groom who I've known since he was 12 yrs old i think!!???!! yup and now he's getting married....i can't believe it sometimes....!! WOW.. he's such a happy bunny...

Pearls to rim and finish off the cake..

Wedding Cake No.3: "Emma & Mas"

During the making of this cake I felt like I was improving since the completion of the last 2 previous cakes....

Theme of this cake was orange, maroon and purple...yup yup,....we were thinking, "What a combination?!" but the client wants what the client wants....hehehhe...

loved the huge purple flowers....added little butterflies to add to the 'sweetness' factor...

ribbon my sister chose coz towards the end of putting this cake together I was soooo 'mati akal'... I suddenly had a creative mental block and couldn't decide which ribbon to use....?!

There she is with all her little hantaran friends...aaawwww....

Wedding Cake No.2: "Rozi & Haslan"

This cake's special too...it was the first cake I made for an actual wedding....BUT what's more special is that it was made for the groom from the bride....so I felt it kind of had to look 'guy'ish...

The theme of the wedding was red, black and white so naturally I kept within the theme colours...

close up of roses, silver string of beads, black towels ...

Wedding Cake No.1 : Alai

Aaaawwww...just looking at this cake again brings back fond memories of stressing how to get the towels to look the way I want them to look...hehheheh....

This was made from a set of Aussino towels....Hand , Face and Bath towel...can't remember now whether I used 2 sets or one....??? It looks like 2 sets.....

The flowers I used were really pretty ...I prefer to use flowers that are soft looking and, if possible, do not fray at the edges....
